The amplifiers can be operated at room temperature, but also at 77
K or 4.2 K. Their noise temperature is about 60 K at 200 MHz and 80 K at
1500 MHz (at T = 300 K), and 5 K at 200 MHz and 10 K at 1500 MHz (at T
= 4.2 K). Power dissipation at 4.2 K is about 10 mW. The amplifiers
can be operated at lower voltages (~ 1.2 V) with a slight decrease in gain
and somewhat poorer input and output matching; the power dissipation can
then be decreased to 4 mW. Please see the gain and input and output
